Briefly describe the relationship between bit error rate (BER) and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel, flat slow fading channel and time-delay and frequency selectively fading channel. And briefly describe the main cause of error in the above three channels.
